Shirts And Giggles
Hey.
Remember I said I was digging around in my basement and I dug up a bunch of old stuff? Well, there was a box of old tour t-shirts. I tied to keep at least one of every shirt I ever had made. There’s a few I’m missing but here’s a little gallery. What the hell?
[And by the way - I know this isn’t the most interesting idea for a post ever but stick around to the end because there’s some other stuff I want to tell you about.]
I’m missing few including the yellow and white baseball T’s I had made back in ‘99 or 2000. There’s also the blue and white Centaurs baseball T’s from - when was it? - 2013? 2014?
I look back on these and wish I had been more bold with the colors but they always told me to stick with blacks and greys because other colors don’t sell. Boring! I like pink and green and orange and purple and shit! Oh well.
Hey, I went ahead and set up a new Instagram account. I posted more images of old t-shirts there. I have no followers and so IG only allows three posts to be displayed. But if I get a few followers, the other stuff I posted will be unlocked and then I’ll start posting more stuff. You can find me here.
Here’s the deal with the new Instagram account: right now, I have it set up so that only people who I follow can leave comments. My plan is to check out the accounts of every person who follows me and if I don’t see anything that weirds me out, I’ll follow you back. And then we’ll party. How’s that sound? I’ll do my best to post on the regular.
ALSO! Punk Rock B-Boy is now on Spotify. It should be on iTunes/Apple Music any time now. For that matter, it should be on all of the streaming services in the next few days. I chose to exclude the song “Blood And Guts” from streaming because reasons. So that song will be a Bandcamp exclusive for now.
And finally - read the book Stay True by my old friend Hua Hsu. I’m reading it now and I’m loving it. I don’t need to tell you that it’s great. It won the dang Pulitzer Prize! I’m so proud of Hua. Back in the day we used to have long conversations on the phone about the mustaches of major league baseball players.
Aight. Cash me outside.
Until the next.
